Dr. Jenna Renfroe
Dr. Jenna Renfroe is a board-certified neuropsychologist who helps people unlock the connection between daily habits and lifelong brain health. Drawing from decades of research and clinical work, she translates complex neuroscience into simple, meaningful changes anyone can make. Passionate about disease prevention, she teaches how mindset, movement, and self-care can transform both cognitive and emotional well-being.
(Fun fact: She’s endlessly curious about how the brain learns and adapts—and she’ll show you how to harness that same power in your own life.)

Dr. Bethany Wangelin
Dr. Bethany Wangelin has spent close to 20 years studying the science of emotion, trauma, and stress recovery. Her approach helps people understand how the brain and body respond to life’s challenges—and how to move toward balance, confidence, and vitality. Through neuroscience-informed tools for stress management, she helps participants transform overwhelm into growth and self-compassion.
(She believes that understanding your brain is one of the most empowering ways to reclaim your peace.)
Paula Stephens
Paula Stephens is a Resilience Educator & Wellness Facilitator with over two decades of experience helping people cultivate resilience through mindfulness, movement, and compassion. Her grounded, heart-centered teaching style creates a safe space for restoration and renewal. Drawing from her work with first responders, families, and caregivers, Paula reminds us that resilience isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you can build, one breath at a time.
(Her sessions invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.)
