Resilient by Nature

A Weekend Retreat for Brain Vitality

October 16th -18th, 2026

Space is limited.

We invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with what truly matters.

Whether you’re caring for others, navigating your own health journey, or simply ready to reset and realign, this restorative weekend offers the space and tools to do just that.

Through guided sessions, space for reflection, and inspiring surroundings, you’ll explore science-backed strategies for wellness—including the five pillars of brain health: Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Social Connection, and Emotional Wellbeing.

Together with our compassionate and experienced team, you’ll learn practical ways to replenish your energy and cultivate habits that support a vibrant life and healthy brain.

Passionate about disease prevention, she teaches how mindset, movement, and self-care can transform both cognitive and emotional well-being.
