With over 15 years of experience in wellness coaching and a specialization in mindfulness, Paula is a certified wellness coach with a master's degree in Exercise Physiology. Her career includes over a decade of meditation coaching, grief coaching, teaching yoga, and holding a master's equivalent in Buddhist chaplaincy, enriching her work with grief and trauma.

Paula is known for creating genuine connections and making people feel seen and appreciated. Her unique blend of humor and vulnerability fosters an environment where individuals feel comfortable opening up and beginning the healing process. Whether guiding a yoga class, speaking on a national stage, or working one-on-one, her personal touch is evident.
As an approved continuing education provider for the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches, a certified clinical hypnotherapist, and a Registered Yoga Teacher, she is dedicated to fostering compassionate leadership and resilience. In her spare time, she volunteers as a yoga and meditation teacher at the Jefferson County Detention Center for incarcerated women.
